“关于运动降低肝脏脂肪含量的证据仍然是不够的,特别是对于儿童和青少年,其数据是稀缺的。”Orci和他的同事写道。“通过提高生活质量,可以降低剂量依赖方式的死亡率,运动通常被认为是一个促进健康的过程。”
研究者对28项试验进行分析后结果表明,独立于任何饮食改变的运动,可显著降低肝内脂质含量(95% CI, –0.90 to –0.48)。此外,运动也能降低ALT (95% CI, 5.57 to –1.04) 和AST(95% CI, –8.68 to –1.02)。
荟萃回归分析表明,随着BMI的增加,运动干预对肝内脂肪改善的益处更加凸显 (P = .037)。研究的持续时间 (P = .542)、每星期的锻炼次数(P = .233)和每次锻炼持续时间(P = .517)不会影响这种效果。
研究人员得出结论:“这项随机对照试验的荟萃分析为运动作为NAFLD患者的有效干预提供了强有力的证据。体育活动不仅可以降低肝内脂肪含量,还能改善血液转氨酶水平,尤其是肥胖患者,益处突显。”
