J Clin Periodontol:CBCT用于测量腭粘膜厚度的准确性

本研究旨在探讨使用锥形束计算机断层扫描(CBCT)测量腭粘膜厚度的准确性,建立换算公式以更准确地评估腭粘膜厚度。并且,利用CBCT和换算公式对日本人群的腭粘膜厚度进行评估。

本研究旨在探讨使用锥形束计算机断层扫描(CBCT)测量腭粘膜厚度的准确性,建立换算公式以更准确地评估腭粘膜厚度。并且利用CBCT和换算公式对日本人群的腭粘膜厚度进行评估。

我们使用CBCT、数字印模和K文件评估了10个健康受试者15个位点的腭粘膜厚度。使用多元回归分析,建立了一个换算公式来准确测量腭黏膜厚度。并收集174例患者的CBCT数据,应用换算公式,对腭粘膜厚度进行评估。

结果发现,测量位点影响测量误差。使用CBCT的测量值比实际测量值小0.34±0.04 mm;因此,建立了一个换算公式。男性、年龄≥60岁、探诊深度≥4 mm与腭粘膜厚度有显着的正相关关系;但没有检测到探诊出血与腭粘膜厚度之间的相关性。

因此,我们推断,CBCT可用于无创、准确地测量腭粘膜厚度。
