研究人员在4临床地点,使用剩余全血临床样本(n = 2546)和健康志愿者新鲜全血(n = 480),对重复性、重现性、结转、模式间比较、细胞形态学、白细胞临床敏感性和方法比较进行了分析。对于WBC的临床敏感性,将cobas m511系统自动CBCWBC鉴别、系统标记、cobas m511图像、染色cobas m511切片与手工显微镜进行比较。采用Sysmex®XN分析仪interinstrument方法比较。

结果重复性和重现性变异较低。无明显的交叉污染,开/闭模间无明显差异。对于cobas m511图像,形态学评估与手工显微镜(163个样本)的总符合率为95.6%,对于cobas m511幻片,符合率为95.7%。与手动400cell参考差分(n = 439个样本)相比,cobas m511自动差分检测分布和/或形态异常的敏感性和特异性分别为94.4%74.6%cobas m511图像评估的敏感性和特异性分别为95.9%73.3%。单核细胞和嗜碱性细胞出现一些不一致。cobas m 511Sysmex XN系统数据之间的相关性非常好(皮尔森的R0.95对于大多数CBC参数)

本研究表明,cobas m511系统在临床实验室中性能稳定,适用于临床常规使用。
