研究人员表示:“大家都知道,在饮食中,减少钠的摄入量是一个有效的降血压方法。但是此次研究还证明,提高钾的摄入量具有同样的效果。”

富含钾的食物,包括香蕉、红薯、鳄梨、菠菜和豆类。

在此次研究中,研究人员研究了不同人口,介入性分子机制,分析了钠,钾和降低血压之间的关系,在分析过程中,研究人员发现,一些饮食中钾元素含量的高的人群,血压较低。除此之外,在介入性分析中他们观察到,通过一些钾的补充产品,也能达到直接的效果。

近期,在啮齿动物中进行的分子机制试验中发现,在钠元素的帮助下,身体有能力控制钾元素的水平,当血液中钾元素含量高的时候,肾脏就会排除多余的盐和水分。他们甚至把钾当做一种天然的利尿剂。

身体控制钾元素的能力对心脏,神经和肌肉功能都是至关重要的。一份典型的西餐是高钠,低钾的,增加了高血压的风险。根据世界卫生组织的预估,世界上高血压人数已经超过了十亿,这也是中风和心脏病死亡的一大原因。因此专家建议我们从日常饮食做起,过健康生活。
