Oncotarget:我国学者研究证实:蛇床子素可抑制乳腺癌骨转移

晚期乳腺癌患者骨转移发生率达到70%左右,且首发为骨转移者占27%-50%。骨痛、骨损伤等骨相关事件是乳腺癌骨转移常见的并发症,并严重影响患者自主活动能力,降低了患者生活质量。

晚期乳腺癌患者骨转移发生率达到70%左右,且首发为骨转移者占27%-50%。骨痛、骨损伤等骨相关事件是乳腺癌骨转移常见的并发症,并严重影响患者自主活动能力,降低了患者生活质量。近年来研究表明蛇床子素不仅具有抗肿瘤活性,还能抑制骨质疏松。由上海中医药大学附属龙华医院刘胜教授领衔的科研团队对蛇床子素抗乳腺癌骨转移进行了深入研究,发现蛇床子素抑制乳腺癌骨转移的作用及机制。近期,研究成果《蛇床子素对乳腺癌骨转移的抑制作用》(“Osthole inhibits bone metastasis of breast cancer”)发表在国际医学期刊《Oncotarget》(影响因子:5.168)。

研究首先证实,在乳腺癌骨转移小鼠上,蛇床子素可通过调控OPG/RANKL信号通路调节成骨细胞和破骨细胞与乳腺癌细胞间的相互作用,显着降低骨转移发生率,并显着降低转移灶中肿瘤细胞浸润程度。体外研究表明,蛇床子素可通过抑制乳腺癌细胞TGF-β/Smads信号通路,抑制乳腺癌细胞的增殖、侵袭和迁移,并诱发乳腺癌细胞凋亡。该研究首次发现蛇床子素抗乳腺癌骨转移作用,并研究了其作用机制,为中医药治疗晚期乳腺癌骨转移提供了高水平的研究证据。
