Int J Nanomed:新型纳米载药系统可更好的抑制乳腺癌细胞

抗癌金属复合体的纳米给药系统的合理设计和构建是提高肿瘤细胞中药物的溶解度、渗透性以及停留率的重要策略。本研究中,研究人员设计并合成了转铁蛋白(Tf)-共轭纳米烯氧化物(NGO)的纳米系统作为肿瘤靶向药物铂复合物的纳米载体(Tf-NGO@Pt)。经评估显示这种纳米药物载体系统在生理条件下具有良好的溶解性。此外,与铂复合物相比,Tf-NGO@Pt对MCF人乳腺癌细胞表现出较好的抗癌疗效,并能有效地抑制

本研究中,研究人员设计并合成了转铁蛋白(Tf)-共轭纳米烯氧化物(NGO)的纳米系统作为肿瘤靶向药物铂复合物的纳米载体(Tf-NGO@Pt)。经评估显示这种纳米药物载体系统在生理条件下具有良好的溶解性。


此外,与铂复合物相比,Tf-NGO@Pt对MCF人乳腺癌细胞表现出较好的抗癌疗效,并能有效地抑制癌细胞的迁移和侵袭。此外,纳米化还可提高铂复合物对MCF7乳腺癌细胞肿瘤球体的渗透和抑制作用。其抗癌作用与细胞摄取量及细胞药物存留率呈正相关。

总之,该研究结果表明,本研究所制备的金属配合物为肿瘤治疗提供了新的策略。
