Tobin等报告一类针对神经元Kv4.2钾离子通道调节亚单位二肽基肽酶样蛋白(Dipeptidyl-Peptidase-like Protein, DPPX)的抗体介导的新型自身免疫性脑炎,其临床表现为脑炎综合征、自主神经功能障碍与高兴奋性表现(癫痫发作、肌阵挛、兴奋躁动与腹泻)。抗DPPX抗体检测有助于早期诊断这类可治性疾病。

AAN 2014:自身免疫性周围神经及肌病临床研究进展
