JACC:一种新的由红细胞介导的糖尿病致内皮功能不全机制

本研究对T2DM患者和年龄匹配的对照的红细胞进行了分离,并与大鼠主动脉或非糖尿病患者的乳腺内动脉血管共培养。分析结果显示,T2DM患者的红细胞精氨酸酶和精氨酸酶I蛋白的表达水平升高,与T2DM患者红细胞共培养的大鼠主动脉或非糖尿病患者的乳腺内动脉血管内皮功能有所损坏,但平滑肌细胞功能不受影响。T2DM RBC引起的内皮功能不全可以通过抑制精氨酸酶和活性氧(ROS)来阻止。分子实验表明T2DM红细胞引起的精氨酸酶I蛋白的表达水平升高是通过ROS介导的。

本研究揭示了一种新的2型糖尿病引起内皮功能不全的机制,即是由红细胞精氨酸酶和活性氧介导的分子机制。
