DDW 2016:瑜伽能改善溃疡性结肠炎患者的生活质量

根据DDW上呈现的随机对照试验结果,对于溃疡性结肠炎(UC)患者,12周的瑜伽干预能减少疾病的活动度、提高生活质量和心理健康。

来自德国杜伊斯堡埃森大学的Jost Langhorst博士和同事进行了一项单中心试验,比较为期3个月的哈他瑜伽干预(包括每周90分钟的回忆)自理生活方式建议对UC患者临床缓解和生活质量的影响。干预后再随访3个月,在第12周和24周使用盲法对患者进行评估。

研究以疾病相关生活质量作为主要结局,一般的生活质量、疾病活动性、焦虑和抑郁、压力、实验室参数和粪便炎症标志物等作为研究的次要结果。

纳入的77名患者(75%为女性,平均年龄45.5岁)中有39名在瑜伽干预组,38名在对照组。数据显示,第12周时,瑜伽组有更好的疾病特异性生活质量(P = .018)、更好的物质生活质量(P = .03),焦虑(P = .019)和抑郁(P = .001)还有自我效能感的情况也更好;并维持到第24周。此外在第24周瑜伽组的以下情况相比对照组改善明显:疾病活动性(P = .029)、心理健康(P = .009)、积极情感(P = .02)、知觉压力(P = .02)和自我效能感(P = .019)。

“12周的瑜伽干预可以改善溃疡性结肠炎患者的生活质量与心理健康,”Langhorst总结说,“干预结束后,效果至少可以持续3个月,所以瑜伽可以作为溃疡性结肠炎患者的潜在补充干预。”
