THREE-DIMENSIONAL surgeries and surgeries with Virtual Reality technology will be showed during the 15th World Congress of Endoscopic Surgery, which would last till Saturday.
Specialists from 53 countries and regions and all over the country participated in the meeting with the latest technology and models of equipment of minimally invasive surgery through endoscope, according to Shanghai Ruijin Hospital, the meeting organizer.
Currently about 50 percent of surgeries in the world are conducted by minimally invasive technology, which is nicknamed as keyhole surgery for imposing small cuts on patients and a quicker recovery as well as having higher requirements to doctors.
“The future trend of minimally invasive surgery is more precise and more minimal,” said Dr Zheng Minhua from Ruijin and the first Chinese uses endoscope to do surgery on patients in the nation. “The cuts will be further small and cuts will be reduced from multiple holes for one hole.”s became a key part of the investment landscape, which was previously dominated by large insurance companies.
Looking forward, Bunny Wang, senior director and head of International Capital Markets and International Project Marketing, China, Knight Frank, believed that Chinese investors will continue to be interested in the traditional gateway markets
.
"The buying spree that resulted from yuan's steady devaluation against the US dollar bodes well for gateway markets, at least in the short term," Wang said. "Given the highly competitive domestic real estate market, many investors and developers will remain keen to diversify their investment overseas."
