Hypertension:亚麻籽抗高血压效应显著

亚麻籽含有ω-3脂肪酸、木酚素类和纤维,心血管疾病患者食用后可能从中获益。动物实验显示,饮食中补充亚麻籽可使外周动脉疾病患者获益。高血压通常与外周动脉疾病相关。该前瞻性、双盲、安慰剂对照随机研究旨在评估每日食用亚麻籽对周围动脉疾病患者的收缩压(SBP)和舒张压(DBP)的影响。共纳入110例每天摄入含有30 g亚麻籽的食物或安慰剂的受试者,为期6个月。
  
结果显示,亚麻籽组血浆ω-3脂肪酸、α亚麻酸和enterolignans水平增加了2-50倍,但在安慰剂组无显著增加。两组患者任何时间的体重无显著差异。随访6个月后,与对照组相比,亚麻籽组的SBP和DBP分别降低约10 和7 mm Hg。亚麻籽组基线SBP≥140 mm Hg的患者实现了SBP显著降低15 mm Hg,舒张压降低7 mm Hg。循环血α亚麻酸水平与SBP 和DBP相关,木酚素水平与DBP变化相关。
