罗氏交易的消息提振了PureTech的股价

罗氏诊断免疫检测的突破

与此同时，罗氏还宣布，美国监管机构已批准其Elecsys脑脊液(脑脊液)检测装置的突破性设计，以支持改进阿尔茨海默氏症的诊断。

目前AD诊断主要基于临床症状，包括认知测试，但仅基于认知测量的诊断仅在70-80％的病例中是正确的。

"用AD病理学相关的CSF免疫测定法测量生物标志物可提高AD诊断的确定性，并有助于评估疾病的进展，"罗氏指出。
