JCC: 饮食模式与克罗恩病缓解时间及肠道微生物组成有关

方法: 研究人员在加拿大艾伯塔省卡尔加里招募了40名处于缓解期的CD的门诊患者。根据3天的食物记录,将食用较低植物性,较高红色和经过加工的肉类饮食的患者分配为NDD组(n = 15),并接受为期12周的结构性饮食干预。所有其他患者被分配到饮食多样化(DD)对照组(n = 25)并接受常规治疗。最后测量粪便微生物群组成,短链脂肪酸(SCFA)和钙卫蛋白水平。

结果: 在基线时,NDD和DD组的粪便微生物β多样性不同(p = 0.003)。NDD组具有较低的Faecalibacterium和更高的大肠杆菌/志贺氏菌相比,DD组的相对丰度(3.3±5.4% VS 8.5±10.6%; 6.9±12.2% VS 1.6±4.4%; p ≤0.03)。这两个属表现出很强的负相关性(r s = -0.60,q = 0.0002)。粪便丁酸酯与费氏杆菌呈正相关(r s = 0.52,q = 0.002)。饮食干预12周后,两组之间的微生物β多样性没有差异(p = 0.43)。NDD组证明费氏杆菌增加(p <0.05,GEE),与干预结束时的DD组相似(p = 0.84)。我们没有发现饮食与粪便SCFA或钙卫蛋白有关。

结论: 饮食模式与缓解期CD患者的特定肠道微生物组成有关。对摄入NDD的患者进行饮食干预会改变肠道微生物组成。
