JAHA:长期暴露于空气污染的心血管效应!

这项大规模的基于人群的研究表明长期暴露于PM2.5等空气污染会增加心血管疾病和死亡的风险。空气污染应该被认为是一个重要的可改变的心血管危险因素。

研究表明长期暴露于空气污染如细颗粒物(空气动力学直径≤2.5μm[PM2.5])会增加全因死亡和心血管死亡的风险。但迄今为止,关于空气污染对特定心血管疾病的影响的数据十分有限。近日,心血管疾病领域权威杂志JAHA上发表了一篇研究文章,该研究旨在评估韩国首尔居民长期空气污染暴露的心血管效应。

从2007年到2013年期间,研究人员对既往没有心血管疾病史的健康参与者进行评估。研究人员通过将每个参与者居住地的邮政编码与室外显示器的位置进行联系来估计暴露于空气污染物的情况。研究人员使用Cox回归模型进行原始和调整分析以评估复合心血管事件的风险,包括心血管死亡、急性心肌梗塞、充血性心力衰竭和卒中

该研究共随访了136094名参与者,中位数为7.0年(900845人每年)。主要心血管事件的风险随着PM2.5平均浓度的增加呈线性增加,每1μg/m3的PM2.5风险比为1.36(95%可信区间为1.29-1.43)。其他污染物包括一氧化碳、二氧化硫和二氧化氮的PM2.5-10,而不是O3,与心血管事件风险增加显著相关。大气污染造成的负担与高血压糖尿病相当。

这项大规模的基于人群的研究表明长期暴露于PM2.5等空气污染会增加心血管疾病和死亡的风险。空气污染应该被认为是一个重要的可改变的心血管危险因素。
