　　日本一项纳入22万余例受试者的研究发现，糖尿病、糖尿病前期和糖耐量正常者蛋白尿的发生率存在显著差异，仅糖尿病患者的高脉压差（独立于收缩压、舒张压和平均血压值）和蛋白尿显著相关。文献4月3日在线发表于《糖尿病护理》（Diabetes Care）杂志。
