Dent Mater J:CAD/CAM聚合物作为临时固定修复体的机械特质

这篇研究的目的是为了评估5种用于制作临时修复体和牙齿的数字化义齿CAD/CAM材料的机械特质。

研究将CAD/CAM材料块切割成条杆状以进行弯曲强度和弹性模量试验以及表面显微硬度试验(n=80)。一半的样本水浴30天,另一半干燥处理。额外的样本进行粘接强度的测试(n=40)。采用2-way analysis of variance (ANOVA)检验评估材料和水浴的作用(α=0.05)。采用统计软件(IBM SPSS Statistics v21; IBM)对所有数据进行分析。

结果显示,材料类型和存储环境显著影响弯曲强度、弯曲模量和显微硬度(p<0.001)。材料种类对粘接强度并没有明显影响(p>0.05)。

结论:研究所测试的材料展现出不同的弯曲特质和表面显微硬度,但它们的粘接特质与树脂封闭水门汀相类似。
