研究发现治疗周围型小病灶肺腺癌有效方法

河南省肿瘤医院胸外科青年医师刘士磊研究发现,术中冰冻切片的准确诊断是治疗周围型小病灶肺腺癌的有效方法,相关成果日前在线发表于《肿瘤临床学杂志》。该研究对解决肺癌治疗领域亚肺叶切除术指征的争议作出了重要探索。

早期肺癌往往表现为肺部小结节,常规肺叶切除手术常会损伤患者肺功能,采取保留肺功能的亚肺叶切除手术又很难根治,造成术后局部复发率高等“隐患”。

刘士磊发现,基于精准冰冻病理结果的亚肺叶切除术,能达到与常规手术相同的治疗效果。通过一系列研究,他证明了精确术中冰冻病理诊断对周围型肺腺癌患者的手术方式选择具有重要价值:对于复发低危的患者,最大程度地保留了其肺功能;对于复发高危患者,肺叶切除则最大程度保证了手术治疗效果。
