Stroke:脑静脉血栓形成

芬兰CVT总发病率与荷兰和澳大利亚的报告相似。入院率每年增加5.0%,而院内死亡率较低。男女之间的特定性别发病率明显不同。长期死亡率随年龄增长而增加,且男性较高。

据报道,脑静脉血栓形成(CVT)的流行病学特征正在改变。由于需要长期的全国性数据来确认这一种变化,近日,血管疾病领域权威杂志Stroke上发表了一篇研究文章,研究人员分析了2005年至2014年期间在芬兰发生的CVT病例数据。

研究人员从覆盖芬兰大陆的强制性登记处获取了所有急性CVT入院的患者,纳入了年龄≥18岁的患者。

研究人员确定了563例CVT患者(女性占56.5%)。每年的总发病率为1.32人/10万(95%CI为1.21–1.43),年增长率为5.0%。在55岁以下的人群中,男性的发病率为0.92人/100000人(0.76-1.10),女性为1.65人/100000人(1.43-1.89),而55岁以上人群,男性发病率为1.61(1.34-1.91),女性为1.17(0.96-1.41)。住院死亡率为2.1%,无性别差异。一年死亡率为7.9%。男性(调整后的风险比为1.61[1.09–2.38])和老年患者的长期死亡率较高(每增加10岁为1.95 [1.69–2.24])。
