1月21日，根据《中药品种保护条例》的规定，CFDA宣布批准了12个中药品种为首家中药二级保护品种，保护期限自公告日起七年，并给予11家企业生产的11个中药保护品种继续给予延长保护期。 同时，CFDA表示，同品种生产企业应按《中药品种保护条例》及有关规定申报同品种保护，逾期不申报的，应停止生产；若继续生产，国家食品药品监督管理总局将中止其批准文号效力，并按《中药品种保护条例》第二十三条的有关
