Adv Funct Mater:新型可降解水凝胶可改善心肌细胞的分布和排列

水凝胶通常用作体外细胞增殖和组织再生的临时支架。既往研究中,研究人员将可光降解部分纳入合成聚合物水凝胶中作为实时控制材料性能的一种方法。在此研究中,研究人员开发了由甲基丙烯酸化明胶(GelMA)和含有邻硝基苄基酯基团的交联剂组成的基于蛋白质的可光降解水凝胶。经实验研究,发现水凝胶能够快速降解,特别是在紫外光照射下,并且可以通过一步操作形成各种形状和尺寸。微图案可光降解的水凝胶可改善培养的新生大鼠心

水凝胶通常用作体外细胞增殖和组织再生的临时支架。既往研究中,研究人员将可光降解部分纳入合成聚合物水凝胶中作为实时控制材料性能的一种方法。

在此研究中,研究人员开发了由甲基丙烯酸化明胶(GelMA)和含有邻硝基苄基酯基团的交联剂组成的基于蛋白质的可光降解水凝胶。经实验研究,发现水凝胶能够快速降解,特别是在紫外光照射下,并且可以通过一步操作形成各种形状和尺寸。微图案可光降解的水凝胶可改善培养的新生大鼠心肌细胞的细胞分布、排列和跳动规律。

综上所述,该研究开发了一种新型的可降解水凝胶,此水凝胶是基于天然和生物功能聚合物合成,可作为细胞培养基质改善细胞组织和功能。
