NEJM:过滤的阳光亦可治疗新生儿高胆红素血症

研究人员招募了447名婴儿,随机分配224名接受过滤阳光,223名接受传统光疗。与传统光疗90%的治疗时间相比,过滤阳光在93%的治疗时间是有效的,可以进行评估,并具有较高的平均水平照射度(40 vs 17μW每平方厘米每纳米,P<0.001)。接受过滤阳光的婴儿温度高于38.0℃的有5%,那些接受传统光疗的为1%(P<0.001),但没有婴儿出于安全原因或需要交换输血而退出研究的。

对于新生儿高胆红素血症的治疗,过滤的阳光不劣于传统光疗,并没有由于安全原因退出研究。
