Dent Mater J:树脂复合物与高纤维的长宽比例对严重缺损牛切牙抗折性能的影响

这篇研究的目的是为了评估采用不同桩核和常规复合物(PFC, G-aenial Anterior)完成冠修复切牙的抗折性能。

研究采用40颗牛的切牙,切割后分为5组。组A采用纤维桩和Gradia核作桩核重建,并采用PFC冠修复。组B采用纤维桩和everX Flow核进行桩核重建,并采用PFC冠修复。组C采用everX Flow作为桩核,并采用PFC冠修复。组D采用CERASMART进行间接的桩核冠修复。组E采用Gradia核作为桩核,并采用PFC冠进行修复。修复牙齿静态负荷直至折裂。

ANOVA分析结果显示,修复技术显著影响修复牙齿的负荷能力(p<0.05)。在所有组中,组B的修复切牙具有最高的负荷能力(443 N)。采用everX Flow配以纤维桩作为核材料有望增强结构受损切牙的抗力。
