使用临床掌上型MSOT系统对健康志愿者(n=6)和典型浸润性乳腺癌(n=5)和原位管癌(DCIS,n=2)患者。在0.5、1.0和1.5CM深度,选择波长700~ 850在评价代表血红蛋白和氧饱和度的MSOT值。

在健康志愿者乳腺表浅组织在各种波长间可获得可重复性稳定的MSOT信号。相比,在浸润性乳腺癌中,血红蛋白信号增高,表明肿瘤具有高灌注的血供和肿瘤环境。对DCIS,与健康志愿者相比,MSOT值仅有轻度的差异。

本研究表明,MSOT成像初步研究表明其能够对组织成分和生理学特征提供稳定可重复的数据,从而具有鉴别实性恶性病变和正常组织的潜能。
