　　一定要有医生推荐才顶能使用这种方法。女性可以自己放入或取出横隔膜，这种象圆屋顶一样的碟状物可以阻止精子进入子宫颈，在它的底部涂有杀精剂，可以杀死任何接触到它的精子。一旦放入后，效果可长达6小时。
