Acta Odontol Scand:聚六甲嘧菌酯磷酸胍冲洗可用于辅助治疗牙周炎

研究纳入59例严重的慢性牙周炎患者。记录菌斑指数,探测出血(BOP)和牙周袋探诊深度(PPD)。将受试者随机分配到三组中,用于洗牙和根面平整,并使用不同的辅助冲洗液:1PHMG磷酸盐(19名受试者),0.2%洗必太(21名受试者)和蒸馏水(19名受试者)。在两周,一个月后,然后在4612个月后召回患者。

 

结果显示,在所有组中,治疗均可显著改善患者的临床参数。在任何时间点,菌斑指数和BOP均无组间差异,但在146个月时,PPD差异明显。到研究结束时,PPD的组间差异仍然存在。虽然研究后的所有三组患者的手术治疗需求均下降,但在高PD的牙周袋数量上未观察到组间差异。

 

综上所述,该研究结果表明,PHMG磷酸盐冲洗在短期内显著降低PPD,但对平均探诊深度没有明显的长期影响。
