PLOS ONE:练瑜伽吗?那要小心这四种瑜伽姿势了

本研究旨在探究人们在做不同的头向下的瑜伽姿势时,其眼内压(IOP)相应的变化。

本研究旨在探究人们在做不同的头向下的瑜伽姿势时,其眼内压(IOP)相应的变化。


研究采用单中心前瞻性的观察性研究方法,共纳入了10名原发性开角型青光眼患者和10名健康人。所有研究对象完成下列的瑜伽姿势:下犬式,站立前曲式,耕犁式以及倒箭式,每种姿势需要保持两分钟。测量所有研究对象基线时期、练习期间以及练习后的IOP。



结果发现,所有研究对象在练习任何一种上述瑜伽姿势时,其IOP可在一分钟内显著升高。其中,以下犬式姿势研究对象的IOP升高得最大(青光眼患者IOP从17±3.2 mmHg 升高至28±3.8 mmHg;健康人从17±2.8 mmHg 升高至 29±3.9 mmHg)。其次为站立前曲式(青光眼患者从17±3.9 mmHg 升高至 27±3.4 mmHg;健康人从18±2.5 mmHg 升高至 26±3.6 mmHg)。再次为耕犁式(青光眼患者从18±2.8 mmHg 升高至 24±3.5 mmHg;健康人从18±2.7 mmHg 升高至 22±3.4 mmHg)。最后为倒箭式(青光眼患者从17±4 mmHg 升高至 21±3.6 mmHg;健康人从17±2.8 升高至 21±2.4 mmHg)。回到坐姿后研究对象的IOP在两分钟内回到正常水平。虽然青光眼患者IOP升高的水平较健康组平均高2 mm Hg左右,但是,总的来说青光眼组和健康人组IOP升高的差异并不明显。

总而言之,无论是青光眼患者还是健康人,联系与头部位置向下相关的瑜伽姿势可快速升高自身的IOP。升高后的IOP似乎可在回到坐姿后2分钟内回归到基线水平。仍需要进一步的研究以探究练习瑜伽所致的IOP改变是否与脑脊液压力相似的变化有关,并评估这些瑜伽姿势是否会增加青光眼进展的风险。
