仰卧起坐会致瘫?教你安全正确的锻炼方法!

平躺、抱头、起身,对于经历过学生时代的人来说,仰卧起坐堪称体育课上的“经典项目”。因此,看到这则消息,大多数人很是惊诧,有网友惊呼:“天啊,仰卧起坐也会致瘫,那以后还要不要做了?”

仰卧起坐能否致瘫?可能性小,但姿势不对会伤身

在《国家学生体质健康标准》(简称《标准》)一文中,对于仰卧起坐的标准动作规定为:受试者仰卧于垫上,两腿稍分开,屈膝呈90度角左右,两手指交叉贴于脑后。这也是大多数人记忆中仰卧起坐的姿势,并以其为标准严格要求自己。

“事实上,很多人在做仰卧起坐的时候采取双手指交叉抱头这个动作是有一定问题的,两手放在脑后,当髂腰肌或腹直肌力量不足的时候,就会使颈部肌肉代偿发力,有增加颈椎椎间盘突出的风险,继而有可能会压迫脊髓,导致脊髓损伤或出血,从而出现脊髓休克的可能。”国家体育总局运动健康与恢复研究中心副主任赵鹏告诉科技日报记者,因此,从这个层面讲,做仰卧起坐的确存在导致瘫痪的几率,但这种可能性非常小,是一个很偶然的事件。


虽然仰卧起坐致瘫只是小概率事件,但是长期按照传统做法去做,的确会给人体带来损伤。赵鹏指出,错误的仰卧起坐动作会使颈椎受损,由于紧抱头部过度用力,使颈部过度屈曲,很容易引起颈部肌肉拉伤,对身体尚未发育完成的初中生、小学生尤为明显。

其次,会造成脊柱损伤。仰卧起坐主要训练的是髂腰肌,其次才是腹直肌,青少年经常仰卧起坐动作不正确,没有使脊柱顺序卷起,从而经常出现直腰或腰部反弓而起,会导致髂腰肌止点处腰椎负荷过大,引起腰部疼痛。其实,这种风险不仅存在于腹肌力量差的人,对于那些经常锻炼的人亦然。


如何避免身体损伤?不要抱头,双手放在耳朵旁边

如何才能避免传统仰卧起坐姿势不当带来的伤害呢?

赵鹏建议,做仰卧起坐时要双手交叉置于耳旁或头后侧,仰卧屈膝,脊柱处于自然中立位,双膝保持90度角,两膝盖之间保持一个拳头的距离,先吸气,将肋骨向两侧分开,呼气,把肋骨向下滑动,收缩腹部,将头部和肩部顺序卷离地面,直至肩胛骨下角刚好触及地面,目视前方或肚脐方向。然后,吸气保持稳定不动,再呼气,收紧腹部,开始慢慢舒展脊柱卷回地面,回到起始姿势。


“要注意放松髋屈肌群,想象下半身牢牢绑在地上,抬头的时候是头从胸廓上而不是从颈椎上抬起。”赵鹏强调。

此外,如果你做仰卧起坐是为了减肚子、练腹肌,那可能就有点得不偿失了。赵鹏表示,仰卧起坐对髂腰肌和股四头肌有更多锻炼作用,而腹肌得到的锻炼相对较少,想靠仰卧起坐减肚子、练腹肌,效果会非常慢。

“其实要锻炼腹肌,做仰卧起坐并不是最好的方法,至少有三四十种方法可以选择,而且效果会更好,比如可以采用仰卧卷腹、反向卷腹或卷腹转体等方式。”赵鹏说,与此同时,还可以做一些高强度间歇训练,中间间隔时间为10秒,再就是大力量训练,这些对减肚子的作用都很明显,远胜于仰卧起坐。


要不要退出体测标准?数据不足,废除尚嫌轻率

由于仰卧起坐对场地、器材要求低,评价标准简单易规范,因此在实际教学中,往往成为学校体育测试的“标配”。

但有骨科医生表示,做仰卧起坐姿势不正确,对孩子的危害可能更大。小时候可能看不出问题,但长大了之后,肌肉会更容易出现劳损,对骨骼发育也会有一定影响。更严重的是,会有诱发腰椎间盘突出的潜在风险。因为这个动作有压迫椎间盘的过程,如果动作剧烈就会造成器质性损伤。所以,年纪太小的孩子或者腰椎本身就有疾病的人,尽量不要做仰卧起坐。


上海体育学院运动人体学专家王人卫指出,我国港澳台地区明白“双手抱头”不科学的道理,已经在各类学校改变了仰卧起坐的传统姿式。而我国内地的大、中、小学目前仍没有做出调整。

但也有专家表示应该慎重,在北京体育大学教授刘晔看来,缺乏实验数据论证,仅仅是从动作形式就得出仰卧起坐对颈椎具有损害,或者由极个别并不确定的病例或说法来对仰卧起坐进行质疑,理由是不够充分的。他表示,虽说仰卧起坐有抱头的动作,此动作对头部和颈椎的瞬时载荷有多大,是否就能达到产生损伤的程度,需要有数据支持。因此,对于仰卧起坐这项运动形式,不能简单从体测标准中废除。


我们应该怎样做运动?

肚皮舞


伴随欢快的节奏,优雅地扭动着腹部、胯部和臀部等部位,肚皮舞充分体现了女性身体的柔美。但有腰椎问题的人应先咨询一下医生是否适合练习肚皮舞。初学者最好找专业老师指导,遵循“先慢后快、由简入繁”的原则,从单一动作练习开始,逐步过渡到复合动作,最后再做全身运动。由于部分肌群快速反复收缩,如果做完运动后特别疲劳、酸胀,应适当减轻运动量。此外,扭动时应注意双侧平衡,反复单一方向的摆胯可能导致脊柱侧弯。

高尔夫

打高尔夫球受到越来越多的白领追捧,它能让人回归自然,感受身心的愉悦放松。但初学者由于不正确的姿势和发力容易损伤肌肉和关节,高尔夫球肘(医学名称为肱骨内上髁炎)就是因反复前臂外旋、屈腕运动造成的。高尔夫是运动量和伸展性都很强的运动,如果在打球前没有做好热身,紧绷的肌肉容易受伤,因此运动前的充分热身、模拟动作也很重要。此外,高尔夫属于单方向发力运动,应配合其他运动方式,进行对侧肌力的训练。

搏击操

在激烈的音乐中出拳、踢腿,由于可以最大限度地把平时压抑在心中的不快发泄出来,搏击操受到白领的欢迎。但是在练习搏击操前应做好充分的热身,特别是牵拉性动作,这样有助于减轻突然发力时韧带所受的创伤。


此外,练习过程中应注意保护肘、膝关节,用力不宜过猛。出拳、踢腿时关节不宜僵直,在踢腿、转身时应注意支撑脚的重心,防止摔倒及踝关节扭伤。
