技术相关睡前行为(例如玩视频游戏)和在线社交媒体是睡眠质量较差的危险因素,陪伴家人是睡眠质量的保护性因素。解决青少年的睡眠问题,治疗步骤需要以潜在成瘾性技术使用和睡前觉醒量表为靶点。

目的

已知睡前技术相关行为(例如使用电脑)与青少年睡眠状况较差相关。然而对于其他行为与睡眠的关系,目前尚不清楚。这项研究记录青少年参与者睡前一小时的一系列行为,分析这些睡前行为与上学时睡眠和假期睡眠之间的关联。上学时睡眠和假期睡眠分别代表了严格的和宽松的睡眠机会)。研究也分析了基因型和认知睡前觉醒的作用机制。

方法

在一学期的最后一周和2周假期内,共纳入146名青少年(47.26% 男性, 年龄16.2 ± 1.0岁) 。这些青少年来自于普通社区,使用活动记录仪完成日常睡眠测量步骤,自我报告睡前行为和睡前觉醒量表,基因型(Morningness–Eveningness 问卷)。

结果

青少年从事各种睡前行为。值得注意的是,在学校和假期睡前玩视频游戏与睡眠时间较短显著相关(控制基因型后)。在假期,睡前玩在线社交媒体与较长的睡眠潜伏期显著相关,这种关联是由睡前觉醒度较高介导的。与此相反,在上学期间的夜晚和家人在一起与睡眠时间较早和较长的睡眠时间显著相关。

结论

技术相关睡前行为(例如玩视频游戏)和在线社交媒体是睡眠质量较差的危险因素,陪伴家人是睡眠质量的保护性因素。解决青少年的睡眠问题,治疗步骤需要以潜在成瘾性技术使用和睡前觉醒量表为靶点。
