LANCET:看看“原始人”的生活方式,你就明白如何生活才能减少冠状动脉粥样硬化了!

冠状动脉疾病的常见危险因素可以解释至少90%的冠状动脉疾病相关风险。为了更好地了解工业前的生活方式与冠状动脉疾病风险相关因素之间的关系,近期,一篇发表在权威杂志LANCET上的文章研究了玻利维亚的提斯曼人(Tsimane)。他们在狩猎、聚会、捕鱼、养殖等生活习惯的生活方式上很少出现心血管危险因素,但炎症感染性疾病的负担较高。此项研究是横断面的队列研究,包括自我认定的年龄40岁以上的Tsimane。

为了更好地了解工业前的生活方式与冠状动脉疾病风险相关因素之间的关系,近期,一篇发表在权威杂志LANCET上的文章研究了玻利维亚的提斯曼人(Tsimane)。他们在狩猎、聚会、捕鱼、养殖等生活习惯的生活方式上很少出现血管危险因素,但炎症感染性疾病的负担较高。

此项研究是横断面的队列研究,包括自我认定的年龄40岁以上的Tsimane。通过非增强CT进行冠状动脉钙化(CAC)评分评估冠状动脉粥样硬化程度。研究者们评估了Tsimane和来自多民族动脉粥样硬化研究(MESA)的6814名参与者之间的差异。CAC评分高于100是重要的动脉粥样硬化疾病的代表。扫描的同时,还检测Tsimane人的血脂和炎症生物标志物。

此项研究结果显示:自2014年7月2日和2015年9月10日之间,共有705位可供分析的个人被纳入此项研究。705名Tsimane人中的596名(85%)没有CAC,89名(13%)的CAC评分为1-100名,20名(3%)的CAC评分高于100。

对于75岁以上的个人,31名(65% )Tsimane人的CAC评分为0,只有4名的(8%)CAC评分为100以上,比工业化人群低五倍(p≤0.0001,所有年龄类别的MESA)。

平均LDL和HDL浓度分别为2.35 mmol / L(91 mg / dL)和1.0 mmol / L(39.5 mg / dL);肥胖、高血压、高血糖和吸烟是极少的。在360名(51%)Tsimane人参与者中,高敏C反应蛋白升高超过临床截止值3.0 mg / dL。

此项研究结果表明:尽管炎症感染负担很高,但是冠状动脉疾病危险因素很少的玻利维亚Tsimane人群的冠状动脉疾病水平最低。这些研究结果表明,通过实现低LDL、低血压、低血糖、正常身体质量指数、无吸烟和大量身体活动,大多数人是可以避免冠状动脉粥样硬化的。
