Clin Interv Aging:姜黄素联合白藜芦醇有益于慢性肾病和铁超载荷的患者

营养不良在血液透析患者中很常见,与发病率和死亡率密切相关。为了评价补充白藜芦醇和姜黄素十二周对慢性肾脏病和铁负荷过重的血液透析患者骨质和肌肉质量的恢复以及蛋白质氧化、脂质过氧化的影响,我们进行了随机、

营养不良在血液透析患者中很常见,与发病率和死亡率密切相关。为了评价补充白藜芦醇和姜黄素十二周对慢性肾脏病和铁负荷过重的血液透析患者骨质和肌肉质量的恢复以及蛋白质氧化、脂质过氧化的影响,我们进行了随机、双盲、安慰剂对照试验。

 

我们共纳入40例患者,随机分为两组,20例为补充抗氧化剂(白藜芦醇+姜黄素)组(A组),每日口服500mg白藜芦醇和500mg姜黄素治疗,20例为安慰剂治疗的对照组(B组)。

 

结果显示,两组患者的身体成分均有显著差异。体质指数(BMI)(p = 0.002)、脂肪百分比(p = 0.007)、肌肉质量(p = 0.01)骨量(p = 0.01)以及主观全局评价的得分(p = 0.03)均有显著差异。同时发现甘油三酯(TG)(p = 0.01)、VLDLp = 0.003)的基础和最终血清水平之间存在差异。血清铁蛋白水平显著下降(2003.69±518.73 vs 1795.65±519.00 ng/mLp = 0.04)。基线和最终硫代巴比妥酸反应物(TBARS)值之间也未观察到显著差异(70.45 ± 69.21 vs 50.19 ± 32.62p = 0.24)。羰基值(2.67 ± 0.75 vs 2.50 ± 0.85p = 0.50)也得到了同样的结果。

 

本研究是首次对慢性肾脏疾病和铁超载患者的检测,证明了联合补充姜黄素和白藜芦醇对肌肉和骨质的有益影响。循环中的铁蛋白水平显著下降,发现非常新颖。
