上海学者称,冬季温度、湿度和气压急变可诱发心衰

上海市奉贤区中心医院马江伟、黄建华等研究显示,气温、空气相对湿度和气压急变会显著增加心衰急诊,日最低气温、空气干燥是其中重要因素。 研究显示,就诊前1~2天及就诊后两天的温度差、湿度差、气压差均与心衰急诊增加呈正相关,其中尤以就诊前2天的温差、气压差为著。 此外,空气颗粒污染物“贡献”也不小。研究显示,心衰急诊增加与大气PM2.5、PM10、SO2、NO2等浓度也呈正相关,其中以PM2.5最为显著

上海市奉贤区中心医院马江伟、黄建华等研究显示,气温、空气相对湿度和气压急变会显著增加心衰急诊,日最低气温、空气干燥是其中重要因素。

研究显示,就诊前1~2天及就诊后两天的温度差、湿度差、气压差均与心衰急诊增加呈正相关,其中尤以就诊前2天的温差、气压差为著。

此外,空气颗粒污染物“贡献”也不小。研究显示,心衰急诊增加与大气PM2.5、PM10、SO2、NO2等浓度也呈正相关,其中以PM2.5最为显著。

研究者解释说,气温变化会提高交感神经系统和肾素-血管紧张素系统反应性,从而增加心脏负荷。此外,低温还会导致皮肤血管收缩、血粘稠度增加、呼吸道疾病多发。

气压升高则常伴随气温下降。气压变化会引起空气氧含量变化,导致心率相应变化,诱发心衰。空气湿度较低,则易引起呼吸道感染,肺部血管阻力增高,引起心衰。

大气颗粒污染物则主要是会引起肺部炎症反应,促使血液高凝状态,心脏自主神经功能受损,引起心律失常,心脏负荷加重。

研究共纳入2012-01-01 至2014-12-31该院就诊的355例急诊抢救室心衰患者,并同期采集气象和大气污染资料进行了分析。
