发表在Psychosomatic Medicine上的一项数据报告分析表明,生活中,有明确生活目标的人不容易患心血管疾病,也更长寿。虽然这背后的具体机制尚不清楚,但是也表明了有目标的生活可以促进我们的健康。

研究者收集了之前10项主要来自美国、日本的相关研究数据,研究对象超过了136000人,通过Meta分析来评估制定生活目标与心血管疾病、死亡之间的风险关系。

分析结果显示,生活目标明确的人死亡风险更低,除开其他一些因素,生活目标明确的人死亡率要低20%。明确的生活目标同时也和心血管疾病风险有关系。

研究者提出:消极的社会心理因素不利于人的健康,会引起一些疾病,包括心脏病、中风甚至死亡。而积极的心理因素则可以促进健康的生理功能,能够延长生命。

此次数据分析通过评估生活目标与各种健康状况以及不良临床结果之间的关系,发现生活目标与心血管疾病、死亡之间有着密切联系。

但是也需要开展进一步研究,探讨积极生活目标是如何促进健康防止疾病的,弄清其中的作用机制,最好能从生理学角度解释。

值得注意的是,拥有明确坚定的人生目标早就被认为是生活的一个重要方面,能够给人带来动力。然而,生活目标的医学意义最近才被研究人员所重视。所以,当前的这项发现非常重要,因为他们有潜力找出好的干预措施来促进人类健康生活。
