近日，来自美国加州大学洛杉矶分校的研究人员提供了进一步的证据证明使用可卡因会干扰身体的免疫系统，导致使用者更易受到HIV病毒感染。

在这项最近发表在国际学术期刊scientific reports上的研究中，研究人员利用一种人源化小鼠模型研究了可卡因对免疫系统的影响，这种人源化小鼠模型是经过基因工程改造的，具有与人类类似的免疫系统。他们发现使用可卡因会导致使用者更容易感染HIV病毒。

之前一项研究发现进行三天的可卡因暴露处理会导致具有HIV抵抗作用的静息CD4 T细胞两个表面受体受到刺激，使得静息CD4 T细胞更易受到HIV病毒的感染。这表明使用可卡因会增加人体中受到HIV病毒感染的CD4 T细胞的数量，进而导致可复制性感染几率和病毒数目大大增加。

基于上述研究结果，研究人员利用一种叫作BLT的人源化小鼠模型进行了更进一步的体内研究，这种小鼠体内带有具备功能性的人类免疫系统。研究人员将小鼠分为两组，其中一组每天注射可卡因，共持续5天，另外一组注射生理盐水作为对照。5天之后，每组取一半小鼠注射HIV-1，然后每组再继续给予可卡因或生理盐水处理，持续两周。最后收集血液和组织样本进行感染程度分析，并检测可卡因是否还会造成其他影响。结果表明可卡因/HIV组相比于生理盐水/ HIV组具有更多的HIV病毒，除此之外，生理盐水/ HIV组的19只小鼠中有9只基本检测不到病毒，而可卡因/HIV组的19只小鼠中只有3只检测不到病毒。

虽然可卡因诱导的炎症反应发生在病毒感染之前，但CD4 T细胞没有发生明显的激活，除此之外，具有杀伤被感染细胞作用的CD8 T细胞也没有表现出正常的功能。

综上所述，这项研究利用带有人类免疫系统的人源化小鼠模型发现可卡因的使用会增加HIV病毒的感染，这对于艾滋病的预防具有重要启示作用。
