铁调素Hepcidin(Hepc)是肝脏分泌的一种小分子肽,通过抑制铁吸收、抑制组织存储铁动员,在铁平衡上起着一定作用。 实际上,Hepcidin促进铁转运蛋白(Fpn1)退化,该蛋白时在肝细胞和巨噬细胞膜上表达的铁转运分子,因此防止细胞内铁释放到血浆中。 Hepcidin还会影响肠细胞,但是具体情况还不是很明确。本研究的目的是进一步调查,hepcidin对铁吸收的调节作用。 研

铁调素Hepcidin(Hepc)是肝脏分泌的一种小分子肽,通过抑制铁吸收、抑制组织存储铁动员,在铁平衡上起着一定作用。

实际上,Hepcidin促进铁转运蛋白(Fpn1)退化,该蛋白时在肝细胞和巨噬细胞膜上表达的铁转运分子,因此防止细胞内铁释放到血浆中。

Hepcidin还会影响肠细胞,但是具体情况还不是很明确。本研究的目的是进一步调查,hepcidin对铁吸收的调节作用。

研究纳入健康对照组,内窥镜下取十二指肠活检标本,进行培养4小时,伴或不伴hepcidin-25,然后测定铁相关基因的表达。

对于没有暴露hepcidin的样本,参与铁吸收的基因有DMT1、Fpn1、Dcytb、HCP1。在体外实验中,hepcidin下调铁转运蛋白Fpn1、DMT1、铁还原酶Dcytb、亚铁氧化酶hephaestin、假定血红素载体蛋白HCP1的mRNA水平。

hepcidin通过上述几种路径变化,影响了铁吸收进程。
