Int J Cardiol:代谢综合征和糖尿病对钙化性主动脉瓣狭窄进展的影响!

研究人员招募了203例患者(73±9岁,男性占75%),至少随访2 年。在基线时进行危险因素评估,平均压力梯度(MPG)和主动脉瓣钙化程度(AVC)指标的年度进展计算为[(最终-基线测量)/随访时间]。
99例(49%)患者有代谢综合征,50例(25%)患者有糖尿病(包括39例代谢综合征)。随访3.2±1.2年后,主动脉瓣钙化进展在有和无代谢综合征的患者之间没有差异,无论是MPG(+3±3 vs. +4±4mmHg/年,P=0.25)或AVC(+211±231 vs. +225±222AU/年,P=0.75)。在糖尿病患者中也得到了相同的结果(3±3 vs. 4±4mm/年,P=0.53,187±140 vs. 229±248AU/年,P=0.99)。根据年龄、他汀类药物处方、瓣膜解剖和主动脉瓣狭窄严重程度的所有亚组中,代谢综合征对主动脉狭窄都没有影响(P均≥0.10)。
