中科院深圳先进院纳米人工红细胞载氧治癌获进展

近日,中国科学院深圳先进技术研究院研究员蔡林涛带头的纳米医学研究小组,在纳米人工红细胞高效治疗癌症领域取得新突破,相关成果发表在《先进医疗材料》上。 蔡林涛等构建了一种具有优良的携氧功能和能量智能响应的新型纳米人工红细胞,通过氧气干预线粒体的代谢获得高效的抑癌效果。该仿生的纳米体系具有红细胞类似的携氧和释氧功能,能够将氧气高效地输送至癌细胞内部直接干预线粒体代谢,显著提高细胞内的三磷酸腺苷

近日,中国科学院深圳先进技术研究院研究员蔡林涛带头的纳米医学研究小组,在纳米人工红细胞高效治疗癌症领域取得新突破,相关成果发表在《先进医疗材料》上。

蔡林涛等构建了一种具有优良的携氧功能和能量智能响应的新型纳米人工红细胞,通过氧气干预线粒体的代谢获得高效的抑癌效果。该仿生的纳米体系具有红细胞类似的携氧和释氧功能,能够将氧气高效地输送至癌细胞内部直接干预线粒体代谢,显著提高细胞内的三磷酸腺苷和活性氧的含量。

增量的能量分子能够显著促进阿霉素从具有能量响应的复合物中释放出来用于化疗,成功将对细胞生长有利的能量分子转变为致命的化疗;同时,增量的活性氧能够提高对癌细胞的杀伤力。通过有效结合这两个因素,纳米人工红细胞实现了更高的细胞致死效果,相比于游离的阿霉素提高了438%。

纳米人工红细胞通过简单的氧气干预,将对细胞有利和有害的因素均转变或放大为对细胞有害的因素,实现对癌细胞殊途同归的杀伤作用,为新型肿瘤治疗提供了新窗口。
