BMJ：美容纹身处长出了皮肤结节病肉芽肿-案例报道

目前，对于结节病患者不建议做美容的纹身。该患者将泼尼松龙剂量增加到7毫克后3个月皮损几乎完全愈合消失。

患者为40岁男性，患有多系统结节病，因其原有纹身的边界再次长出了明显的和无压痛的丘疹而就诊（如图1所示）。丘疹出现在患者将使用的泼尼松龙剂量从7毫克减至6毫克每日一次后，并同时与血清血管紧张素转换酶活性的增加有关，这种酶的活性是结节病活动的标志。

结节病肉芽肿会浸润美容纹身和伤疤是一个公认的现象，在高达三分之一的患者中会发生皮肤损害，但研究者对其病理生理原因仍不清楚。
 
目前，对于结节病患者不建议做美容纹身。该患者将泼尼松龙剂量增加到7毫克后3个月皮损几乎完全愈合消失。
