Mayo Clin Proc:ω-3脂肪酸可降低心脏病、高脂血病风险(Meta分析)

研究人员检索了从1947到2015年11月2日的EPA和DHA的摄入对冠心病事件的影响的相关文献,确定了18个随机对照试验(约93000例)和16项前瞻性队列研究(约732000例)。

通过两个荟萃分析研究人员发现EPA和DHA能减少冠心病的风险,约为6%-18%。

具体而言,在对随机对照试验的荟萃分析中,研究人员发现:与对照组相比,从食物或补充剂中摄入ω-3脂肪酸(EPA / DHA)的实验组的CHD事件风险的降低了无足轻重的6%,心血管事件被定义为心梗、心源性猝死、冠心病死亡、或心绞痛。不过,ω-3脂肪酸的摄入明显与高甘油三酯(> 150mg/dL)或高LDL胆固醇(> 130mg/dL)患者的冠心病风险降低相关。

在对前瞻性队列研究的荟萃分析中,研究人员发现:与ω-3脂肪酸的低摄入量相比,ω-3脂肪酸较高与冠心病风险降低显著相关,降低了18%

然而,这两个荟萃分析有着其固有的局限性(如在设计试验时不一样的措施),同时该研究没有探讨最佳剂量。

最后,研究人员建议:对于普通人群,适度补充ω-3脂肪酸(EPA + DHA,约250mg/天)可能就足够了;而对于更高风险的患者,如那些曾患有心梗和/或高甘油三酯的患者来说,更高的目标不是不合理的。为了更好地了解在这些特定人群中ω-3脂肪酸的潜在好处,未来需要更多的试验来证明。
