本研究旨在活检及二次活检评价程序化细胞死亡配体-1(PD-L1)状态的可行性及安全性,并将结果发表在Radiology上。

本研究共纳入了101例进行帕姆单抗治疗非小细胞肺癌并经胸细针活检的患者(男性61例,平均年龄为66.1岁,年龄范围36-83岁;女性40例,平均年龄66.8岁,年龄范围为36-90岁),帕姆单抗是一种抗程序化细胞死亡配体-1治疗的药物。数据收集包括人口学特征、治疗史、靶向位置、大小及距离胸膜深度。评价组织标本用于诊断所需体积及活检相关并发症的发生率。利用单变量及多变量线性回归模型来验证活检并发症显着性危险因子。

结果为,本研究共完成了110例经胸活检,101例(91.8%)进行了二次活检,包括经皮或支气管镜活检、手术活检史或切除史。超过84.5%(93/110)的患者为进行过局部或系统性治疗。在96.4%的活检标本足够用于PD-L1表达评价。有28例活检发生了手术相关并发症(25.4%);气胸为最常见并发症(22.7%)。整体芯针活组织检查标本平均数量为7.9。

本研究表明,影像学引导下经胸芯针活检是一种进行获取组织进行PD-L1表达分析的有效方法。
