研究结果显示:从2002年1月至2012年12月,共有470例患者(172例机器人,141例VATS和157例开胸)纳入分析。使用机器人手术方法收集更多数量的淋巴结中央站(5例为机器人vs 3例为VATS,4例为开胸; P <0.001)。接受微创手术的患者住院时间中位数较短(4 d为机器人,4 d为VATS,5 d为开胸,P <0.001)。机器人、VATS和开胸手术匹配组的5年OS分别为77.6%、73.5%和77.9%,组间无统计学差异;但是相应的5年DFS分别为72.7%、65.5%和69.0%,在机器人组和VATS组之间有统计学显着差异(P = 0.047)。然而,多变量分析发现,手术方法与短期OS和DFS不独立相关。

此项研究得出结论:用于临床I期NSCLC的肺叶切除术的微创方法与开胸术有相似的长期存活。使用VATS和机器人技术与住院时间缩短相关,使用机器人方法可以去的更大的淋巴结评估。
