Lancet:新冠肺炎持续1年以上死亡率模型研究

研究人员根据年龄、性别和其他基本情况对COVID-19大流行超过1年的死亡率进行估算,结果表明,需要采取持续严格的抑制措施防止疫情的进一步蔓延

2019年冠状病毒病(COVID-19)大流行对医疗、社会和经济生产了巨大的影响。近日研究人员根据不同传播抑制水平和疾病相对风险,对 covid-19流行1年后的患者死亡人数进行预测。
 
研究人员使用了来自英国的初级和次级保健记录(UK-CALIBER),数据包含1997-2017年间,30岁或30岁以上人群的根据英格兰公共卫生指南(从2020年3月16日)定义的基础疾病的流行率。研究人员估计多种情况下的COVID-19流行1年的死亡率,包括完全抑制(0.001%)、部分抑制(1%)、缓解(10%)和不采取任何措施(80%),在每种流行情况下,将参与者分为基础风险,受感染相对风险1.5、2.0以及3.0。
 
研究包括3862012人,其中女性占50.7%,估计超过20%的研究人群属于高危人群,其中13.7%的参与者年龄在70岁以上,6.3%的年龄在70岁或70岁以下参与者有至少一种潜在疾病。高危人群1年死亡率估计为4.46%。。在完全抑制情景中,研究人员认为,相对于基础风险,新冠肺炎感染的相对风险(RR)为1.5的人群,将造成2名患者的超额死亡,RR为2.0时,额外死亡增加到4名, RR为3.0时,额外死亡增加到7名,而在疫情缓解的情况下,相对风险1.5、2.0以及3.0将造成的死亡人数分别为18374例、36749例和73498例。在不采取任何措施的情况下,相应的传播风险下,死亡人数为146996例、293991例和587982例。
