这篇研究的目的是为了研发一种准确可靠的半自动分割技术计算健康新生儿发育的第一年内上颌弓和上颚的平均生长模式。研究纳入了70名于1985至1988年出生的新生儿。每名新生儿在出生后的一年内进行5次数字化观察。研发一种半自动化的分割工具并应用其评估上颌维度。最终,构建出随机效应模型描述生长,并利用其构建出一个包含10,000名新生儿的模拟群体。对分割方法进行组间和组内观察变异的测试。结果显示,每个变量的Pearson相关系数在0.94和1.00之间,表明组间观察具有较高的一致性。配对样本t检验显示,除了结节距离,在不同观察中的标界位置具有较小的差异,但具有统计学意义。组内观察的可重复性较高,所有检测的Pearson相关系数在0.87至1.00之间,但平均差异不明显。每个参数都可以成功的描绘出1/3或1/2的生长曲线。结论:这些结果表明,此方法可以用来对上颌生长进行客观的临床评估。临床意义:所得的生长模型可以用来进行健康新生儿的发育研究以及罹患唇腭裂或其他颅颌面异常儿童生长和治疗效果的研究。原始出处:Bruggink R, Baan F, et al. 新生儿梅毒假阳性,为什么?怎么办?

新生儿幼年性巨大毛细血管瘤1例报告

男婴,13d,出生时发现左侧颞枕有大小约4.0 cm×5.0 cm类圆形包块,后逐渐增大。患儿饮食较好,无发热,无抽搐,可自行进乳,尿便正常。查体:皮肤红润,前囟平坦、呼吸平稳,腹部平坦,四肢肌张力及反射正常,左侧颞枕部可见一大小约5.0 cm×7.0 cm包块,包块中心有深红色不规则皮肤(见图1)。包块突出皮肤表面部分活动度较好,按压柔软,包块内未触及硬性结节。
