JCEM:别再熬夜,小心患代谢疾病!

本研究的目的是研究睡眠类型是否与代谢异常、成年人身体成分,睡眠时间和生活方式有关。

收纳了来自韩国基因组和流行病学研究中的1620名47-59岁的参与者,采用早晨型-夜晚型人格量表(morningness-eveningness questionnaire, MEQ)进行评估。所有参与者进行口服葡萄糖耐量试验和检查身体成分的DEXA检查。内脏肥胖被指定为内脏脂肪面积来衡量腹部断层扫描(> 100平方厘米)。

结果:29.6%的参与者属于早上型,5.9%的参与者属于晚上型,64.5%的参与者同属于这两者。在校正潜在混杂因素后,相比早上型,夜晚型与糖尿病(OR=1.73; 95% CI, 1.01-2.95)、代谢综合征(OR=1.74; 95% CI, 1.05-2.87)和肌肉减少症(OR=3.16; 95% CI, 1.36-7.33)发生风险增加有显著相关性。研究人员还发现这种风险增加有性别差异。与早睡早起者相比,夜猫子发生糖尿病及代谢综合征的风险可分别增加73%和74%,肌肉减少症风险可增加两倍多。对于男性,夜晚型与糖尿病(OR=2.98; 95% CI, 1.39-6.39)和肌肉减少症(OR=3.89; 95% CI, 1.33-11.33)均相关,而女性夜晚型仅与代谢综合征(OR=2.22; 95% CI, 1.11-4.43)相关。

研究表明:即使睡眠总时间一样,习惯熬夜的人群发生糖尿病、代谢综合征和肌肉减少症的风险也高于早睡早起的人群。
