J Physiol:吃好早餐预防糖尿病和心血管病!

近日发表的一项研究揭示了其中的奥秘:规律吃好早餐会对人体脂肪细胞产生有益影响,通过降低脂肪细胞中某些调控脂肪代谢的基因活性以及增强脂肪细胞对葡萄糖的摄取而发挥作用,从而降低糖尿病和心血管病风险。
 
研究人员发现,与正常人相比,肥胖者的脂肪细胞对胰岛素没那么敏感。而且,人体脂肪越多,脂肪细胞对胰岛素的敏感度越低。
 
研究者指出,更好地了解脂肪对人体摄入的食物和进食时间的反应后,我们就能针对这些机制,更精准地制定预防措施,来降低体脂过多带来的不良影响。
 
该研究为期6周,一共49例人参与,其中29人偏瘦,其余20人属于肥胖人群;一部分人每天上午11点前吃早餐,醒来2小时内摄入350 kcal,每天上午11点前至少摄入700 kcal,而其余受试者则不吃早餐,直到中午后才进食。
