最近,研究人员表明,吗啡镇痛耐受性在无菌(GF)和泛抗生素治疗的小鼠中显着减弱。用天然粪便微生物群重建GF小鼠的菌群能够恢复吗啡镇痛耐受。

研究人员进一步证明,耐受性与微生物生态失调有关,如双歧杆菌和乳杆菌的选择性消耗。富含这些细菌群落的益生菌减弱了吗啡处理小鼠的镇痛耐受性。

这些结果表明,吗啡给药期间的益生菌治疗可能是一种有前景的,安全且廉价的治疗方法,可延长吗啡的疗效并减轻镇痛耐受。

研究人员还假设了慢性吗啡耐受的恶性循环:吗啡诱导的肠道生态失调导致肠道屏障破坏和细菌移位,通过TLR2 / 4激活引发局部肠道炎症,导致促炎性细胞因子的激活,其驱动了吗啡耐受。
