高血压合理用药

2015 年由国家卫生计生委合理用药专家委员会及中国医师协会高血压专业委员会联合制定了《高血压合理用药指南》。该指南的推出是为了给高血压诊治提供规范可行的方案，指导临床医师合理用药，改善高血压患者治疗依从性和持续性，提高血压控制率，预防与高血压相关的心脑血管疾病和（或）肾脏并发症的发生和进展，同时也考虑患者合并的疾病状态。本文就该指南中关于高血压特殊并发症的药物治疗原则进行分析与解读。
