It covers a wide range of topics related to optimally designing structures (stressed systems) and multidisciplinary optimization techniques if one discipline involved deals with structures (stressed solids) or fluids. The scope of the journal ranges from mathematical foundations of this field through algorithm and software development with benchmark studies to practical applications and case studies in structural aero-space mechanical civil chemical and naval engineering.
