去年投过一篇临床文章，reviewer 有点奇怪，非要让我注明感谢一起合作的医生，估计没啥说的了，一审约50-60天，基本没有major revise,但很多细节地方修改，一般的意见有10条以上，总体来说不困难，但还是要有点新意，接受到proof约3-4月吧，编辑部人不错，有什么要求可以尽管提。
